What we collect

• When you send a message through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and your message.
• When you visit the site, Google Analytics records information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your type of device and browser, and your approximate location based on your IP address. It uses cookies to do this.

How we use it

• We use your contact details and message only to reply to you and to quote for and carry out the work you ask about.
• We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they find useful.
• We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it's kept

• Contact form messages are stored in Google Firebase, a Google Cloud service based in the United States, and sent to our business email inbox.
• We keep messages as long as we need them to handle your request and keep normal business records.
• Google processes the Analytics data. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choices

• You can block Analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
• To ask what we hold about you, or to have your message deleted, email contact@retainedimagery.site.
